A: Our performance roll, non-directional turf provides the best surface for the serious golfer, without the need to spend inordinate time and expense in maintaining a natural green. Our interlocking fibers will give the golfer a consistent speed from any direction and upkeep and maintenance will be minimal. Q: How long does the installation of a green take? A: This time is determined by the time needed for site preparation, accessibility to the area, and size of the green. Most greens require 1 day for site preparation and one day for installation. Q: Can I install my own green? A: Our company takes great pride in the finished product and highly recommend that your green be installed by our trained landscapers. When finished, we want the green to be a point of pride and our experience in installing greens will ensure the customer is completely satisfied. Q: How large a green should I get? A: The size of your green will be determined by your terrain, landscaping and budget. Most home greens vary in size from 250 sq.ft. to 2000 sq.ft. Our licensees and landscapers will be at your service in designing and preparing an estimate for you at no charge. Q: Can I specify the speed of the green? A: Yes our installers can vary the speed of the green by the amount of sand incorporated in the fibers. All contours, breaks and resulting speed will be determined by the owner’s personal preference. |
